Over the past two years, the male suspect has stolen approximately $10, 000 worth of cosmetics from the walgreens stores in the areas south of baseline road, east of 32nd street, north of queen creek road and west of country club road. According to chandler police detective david ramer, the suspect known as the"Blue basket bandit"Enters a walgreens, picks up a blue basket and proceeds to the cosmetics section where he removes various items displayed for sale.
